Can i buy an car from a owner and receive FAFSA?

this is America and you can buy whatever in the heck you want. Fafsa is just the name of a form you fill out to get federal student aid and in NO WAY can read your mind or know your actions about what you buy or don't buy....lol Why would a form care anyway? What an odd question....
