How difficult is it to start a horse yourself?

It takes a lot of work...some falling in the dirt and patients...we have a five year old that we had professionaly trained at three years old, we sent him off bc our work sceduals were so hectic. Anyways..he still has quirks..takes a lot of riding .

Bees and Vacant House?

Bees are a part of life and nature, but I have been noticing that this summer I have been seeing more and more bees hanging around our house. I am highly allergic and so is my dog. There is a vacant house next door that no one takes care of anymore (another story entirely) and my concern is that these bees may be coming from this house. I have not noticed a bee hive per say, but I do know that hives can hide in walls, crawl spaces, attics, etc. and aren't always readily visible. My question is, how can I tell where the bees are coming from? How far can bees travel from the hive? My neighbors yard is an absolute mess and their pool is green and slimy. Again, contacting the owners is another issue and I have called the city on them many times for many reasons...not much help. We live in Arizona near Phoenix if that helps.

What are some good supplements to feed to pregnant mares?

I just started working at a local ranch and the owner has asked me to find some good supplements for her pregnant mares. The mares are no more than two months pregnant. I been doing some of my own research but I figured that the only way to really know if a supplement is good is to ask the people who use it. So if you are someone who has cared for pregnant mares and knows of some good supplements for them that would be great. Also, if you have any suggestions for what to feed them after they have their foals (this is a few months away though) that would also be helpful. Faulty printing of multi page document?

When trying to print a multi page document, say a document of 10 pages, the printer will only print about a quarter of the document, and then do the same thing for all 10 pages.. I have reloaded the printer soft ware, and this still occurs no mater if I use Ancestry.com or New Family Search.

Is the evangelical movement collapsing?

The evangelical church is not doing a very good job attracting the next generation and are doing a good job of driving them away. I don't think the next chapter will be anti-christian, but just non-Christian.

Could I break my lease ?

my hot water in my apartment takes almost 2 hours to get hot.I am on a 12 month lease. My apartment had a total of two ownerships since I lived here the past 11 months. Both we're aware of my hot water problem. The new owners tells me updates on what they are doing in order to fix the problem, but to no results. I am a good paying tenant, I pay my rent on time. I even asked if they could exchange me into another apartment for the same rent price, they told me that they need more money. Plus, I want another apartment with a bigger bathroom because the only bathroom in my apartment is in my bedroom and company has to enter my bedroom just to enter my bathroom, and plus when you can sit on the toilet and wash your hands at the same time, and get jokes about it all year from your friends, I think its time for a bigger bathroom. My lease expires at the end of July . I haven't paid the rent for today yet , July 1st, which covers the month of june. I just placed an application today for another apartment somewhere else and they will let me know in a week if its approved for me to move in. If I get approved for the new apartment, do I still owe them for the month of june ? and plus, if im approved, when do I let the manager know that I'm moving so I won't have to pay him for the month of July ?
