My Keyboard is not working?

I can log on to my computer (user Name and Password) but after that it only bleeps I have tried all the normal remedies ie Usb or PS2 reload drivers, If I log on remotely the same issues happen it works to log on but not working only bleep or click noise when yeys are depressed, This is sent from other machine.
